1. Types of data collected

2. Purpose of data control and the consequences of the failure to confrim data

- Provide the User with requested information on the services offered by Rossoevolution and the activities that the Company deals with, specifically involving the creation of incentive travel, events, communication projects for any area of business.
- Commercial or promotional operations conducted by the Rossoevolution Srl Company (for this purpose, express consent is required). Related activities will consist in sending a printed or e-mail newsletter, press releases, invitations to events.
As already specified, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate our website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Consequently, access to the site implies the acquisition by the data controller of information and data concerning the User.
The provision of data in the information request forms is optional because they are collected by the writer to optimise their business performance. The refusal to provide this data could make it impossible to send any information of an organizational, technical and commercial nature, or to obtain what has been requested.
3. Processing method and duration of data conservation
The processing operations connected to the consultation of the Site take place at the Rossoevolution Srl headquarters. Regarding the methods for collecting, processing and protecting data, we would like to inform you that the data in our possession will be processed in written form and/or on paper, magnetic, electronic or telematic support, with the use of the appropriate tools to guarantee confidentiality and security of the same in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 (with particular reference to Articles 24, 32 and 35). The data will be processed lawfully, fairly and with regard for the transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the User only by personnel directly authorised by the Owner, or by the Data Processors specifically appointed pursuant to Art. 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (list available from the Data Controller).
Users’ data may be viewed by third party companies, in particular by the companies La Fabbrica dei Servizi srl and O & DS srl to ensure better service delivery in the performance of the purposes related to what is defined in Point 2 and in particular for the management and maintenance of the site. The third-party companies are also formally contracted to protect the rights of the User.
No personal data acquired from the site will be disseminated.
No data profiling activities are performed. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed, also based on applicable legal provisions.
4. Transfer of data abroad
The processed data is not transferred outside the EU.
5. Rights which may be exercised by the interested party
The interested party may at any time exercise the rights reserved to him, sanctioned by art. 15 EU Regulation 679/2016 – Right of access to personal data and other rights.
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
- the purposes of the processing;
- the categories of personal data concerned;
- the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
- where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
- the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
