Turin, 22 September 2021 – An international press conference to inaugurate “Casa 500” and “La Pista 500”, at Europe’s largest hanging garden located on the roof of the ex Lingotto factory. The press conference was organised on the helipad that overlooks the famous track, next to the iconic “Bolla”.
Rossoevolution conceived and produced the event that marks a new chapter in the history of the Lingotto, hosting journalists and VIPs just below the heavens, to discuss FIAT’s past, present and future. The metaphor of the tree, whose strong roots, well documented in the Casa 500 museum, make lush foliage grow – the rooftop garden, the largest in Europe, bearing red fruit – the special (500) RED series. The red line was the creative theme representing the event. John Elkann, Olivier Francois e Ginevra Elkann presented the completed projects, the seeds that have been planted for FIAT’s future and for the city of Turin.
The highpoint of the occasion was the launch of the New (500)RED, with Bono as a special guest and co-founder of (RED). His appearance was an unforgettable moment created with a technical combination of motion graphics and reality.
The event also received green certification from Ecoevents, a partner of Legambiente, who certified the event’s low environmental impact, thanks to choices involving reduction, recycling and re-purposing.
